Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Ad-Hoc / Supply)

About the Role
Brightstone Education Partners is currently working with a high-performing secondary school in Slough to build a reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisor for ad-hoc and supply work.
This role is to support the school with short-term cover, often due to staff absence. Bookings can be made at short notice, typically between 6:00am – 6:30am for same-day cover.

The Role Involves
- Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher using pre-set lesson plans.
- Ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout the lesson.
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
- Supporting a positive and focused learning environment.
- Following safeguarding and school procedures at all times.
