Job Description:

This role will report to the Head of Customer Insights & Analytics, sitting in our Customer, Digital & Strategy directorate – part of our Brand Experience Division (BED). Armed with over a decade’s worth of data and best‑in‑class technology, with a store stocking everything from marmalade to yachts; no request will ever be quite the same!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction for customer insights and analytics across Harrods Private Client Services, including Private and Personal Shopping.
  • Lead a team of three analysts and leverage advanced analytics to enhance VIC client relationships and drive lifetime value.
  • Translate quantitative analysis into commercially valuable insights for non‑technical audiences.
  • Provide insight & storytelling experience and turn data into successful business actions.
  • Communicate and present findings, and motivate and develop the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with business acumen.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL, PowerPoint and data visualisation software.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL and data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience using Python, ideally within clienteling and portfolio management principles in VIP databases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with people‑management experience.
  • Creative problem‑solving ability and competence in processing complex data sets.
