My client is a highly respected residential developer specialising in new build developments within the Surrey and surrounding counties.
They have a number of exclusive developments in the Surrey region consisting of luxury apartments and town houses where they are looking to expand their site teams with the addition of experienced assistant site managers.
Job Description & Responsibilities
The Assistant Site Manager will work on new build residential projects based in Surrey and Southern Counties, overseeing the development from inception through to completion.
The developments consist of traditional build luxury apartments and townhouses, and the successful candidate will have strong chances of progression on site and other developments with a strong pipeline of work.
Key Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of luxury apartments and houses.
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First aid certificates
