We are seeking an exceptional **Head Mixologist** to lead the craft, creativity and theatre of our bar programme. This is a defining opportunity for a beverage innovator with impeccable technical skill, a deep understanding of flavour, and a passion for creating extraordinary cocktail experiences.
As **Head Mixologist** , you will be the visionary behind the bar identity, shaping distinctive beverage concepts, elevating service rituals, and setting new standards of luxury mixology. You will direct daily bar operations, train and inspire the bar team, ensure compliance and excellence in every detail, and bring to life moments of glamour and storytelling that embody the St.u202fRegis legacy.
**Key Responsibilities**
Oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring seamless service and immaculate preparation standards. Maintain exceptional product quality, presentation and ingredient integrity across all beverage offerings. Lead the development of innovative cocktail menus, seasonal creations and brandu2011aligned beverage experiences. Manage par levels, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy to support operational and financial goals. Ensure full compliance with UK licensing, health & safety, food handling and sanitation regulations. Train and coach the bar team in mixology techniques, product knowledge, responsible alcohol service and luxury service behaviours. Monitor staffing levels to meet guest expectations and business demands, supporting labour management systems. Engage with guests to personalise experiences, capture feedback and embody signature St.u202fRegis hospitality. Uphold all cash handling, credit, and liquor control policies, ensuring consistency and accountability. Support wider Food & Beverage operations as required, contributing to a cohesive and highu2011performing department.
**Core Competencies**
We are looking for a confident and emotionally intelligent leader who embodies the spirit of luxury hospitality. You should bring elegance, precision, and a deep understanding of guest service excellence. You should have:
Minimum 3 yearsu2019 experience in bar leadership, mixology, or premium beverage operations Strong knowledge of cocktail craft, spirits, and modern mixology techniques Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a highu2011performing bar team Calm, composed and guestu2011focused in fastu2011paced or highu2011pressure service environments Confident in stock control, licensing compliance, and daily bar operations Passionate about creating memorable, personalised beverage experiences within a luxury setting
