This Central London Authority are looking for a Independent Living Assessor to work within their Adult Services. Details of the role are:
– You are expected to be office-based at least 3 days per week, with flexibility depending on service needs and team coordination.
– The role requires strong knowledge of Direct Payments, including the ability to advise and support individuals in managing their care arrangements.
– You should be confident in care planning, working collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals to develop person-centred support plans.
