Responsibilities
As a sous‑chef you will assist in the general provision, serving and preparation of food and beverages within the College’s catering units, conduct cleaning and stock control duties.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Good knowledge of a variety of cuisines
- Awareness of current trends in the catering/food market
- Ability to cook from scratch without supervision
- Experience in delivering good customer service
- Well‑organised and able to manage tasks efficiently
- Strong team player
- Friendly and flexible attitude
- Good command of spoken English
- Solid numerical skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
