Job Description:

Responsibilities

As a sous‑chef you will assist in the general provision, serving and preparation of food and beverages within the College’s catering units, conduct cleaning and stock control duties.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Good knowledge of a variety of cuisines
  • Awareness of current trends in the catering/food market
  • Ability to cook from scratch without supervision
  • Experience in delivering good customer service
  • Well‑organised and able to manage tasks efficiently
  • Strong team player
  • Friendly and flexible attitude
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Solid numerical skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
