Our client is seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to support the running of an Ofsted Good secondary school in Birmingham, working closely with the Site Manager and leadership team.

This is a varied role involving site maintenance, health & safety checks, contractor liaison, and daily operational support.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous caretaking or site support experience
- Understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to site needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
