Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer based in Barking, Essex. The role involves an internal workshop and field work focusing on Electrical non‑live component duties.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

• Industrial motor repairs, gearboxes, fitting pumps and air handling units.
• Mechanical experience – using lathe turners within the machine shop.
• Background in Electrical Engineering; hands‑on working experience matters more than formal qualification (18th Edition not required).

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £40,000 pa with overtime, normally ranging from £65,000 to £80,000 pa.
