Overview

Siamo Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established financial firm based in Swindon. The business is seeking an Trainee Financial Adviser to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting their advisers and operations.

This is an excellent development role for a driven talent to progress through and grow as a Trainee Adviser providing technical support to the firms customers.

This role is a technical focussed role requiring ability to study and will appeal to a talent looking to continuously develop and become a specialist in their field.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate client records and meeting documentation
  • Managing adviser calendars and scheduling client appointments
  • Responding to client emails and phone enquiriesPerforming administrative duties including document filing, data input, and correspondence
  • Supporting with case submission processes and follow-ups
  • Managing internal CRM systems and keeping data up to date
  • Building strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Assisting advisers with internal and external queries

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative and customer relations experience is essential
  • Previous experience dealing with customer via the phone, email and face to face
  • Previous experience within financial services (banking, investment, insurance or wealth management)
  • Currently studying any financial qualifications is advantageous
  • Microsoft Office proficient with exposure using CRM’s and Zoom
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels
  • Attentive with an eye for detail
  • Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle
  • INDCIRFS
