Senior HR Business Partner

Salary £60,000 – £65,000
Elevation HR are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role on-site, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
This role is based on-site and works closely with the leadership team and wider workforce. It’s about building relationships, supporting managers through day-to-day challenges, and helping shape a working environment that people actually want to be part of.
What the role involves:
- Partnering with site leadership to align people plans with business objectives
- Leading on workforce planning to ensure the site is set up for current and future demand
- Leading or contributing to organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Driving talent and succession planning across key roles
- Supporting and coaching leaders on performance, capability, and team effectiveness
- Being present and accessible across the site, building trust with managers and employees
- Managing a range of complex employee relations matters
- Using data and insight to inform decisions, balanced with practical experience and judgement
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a senior HR partnering role
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar operational environment
- Someone comfortable being on-site and involved in the day-to-day reality of the business
- A calm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Confidence in handling employee relations matters
- The ability to build credibility with people at all levels
