Salary £60,000 – £65,000

Elevation HR are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role on-site, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

This role is based on-site and works closely with the leadership team and wider workforce. It’s about building relationships, supporting managers through day-to-day challenges, and helping shape a working environment that people actually want to be part of.

What the role involves:

• Partnering with site leadership to align people plans with business objectives
• Leading on workforce planning to ensure the site is set up for current and future demand
• Leading or contributing to organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Driving talent and succession planning across key roles
• Supporting and coaching leaders on performance, capability, and team effectiveness
• Being present and accessible across the site, building trust with managers and employees
• Managing a range of complex employee relations matters
• Using data and insight to inform decisions, balanced with practical experience and judgement

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a senior HR partnering role
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar operational environment
• Someone comfortable being on-site and involved in the day-to-day reality of the business
• A calm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Confidence in handling employee relations matters
• The ability to build credibility with people at all levels
