Assistant Team Manager – Learning Disability Team
Location: One Angel Square, NorthamptonHours: 37 hours per weekRate: £38 per hour (umbrella) – non‑negotiableWork Type: Mixture of office, home, and visits as required
Role Overview:Provide oversight and leadership within the Learning Disability Team.Ensure quality assurance of reviews and high standards of service delivery.
Assistant Team Manager – Adult Services
Location: Olympus House, Weston Favell, NorthamptonHours: Full‑time, 37 hours per week, Mon‑Fri 09:00‑17:00 (4 days with 30‑min lunch, 1 day with 1‑hour lunch)Rate: £37 per hour (umbrella) – non‑negotiableDuration: 6‑month secondment, with potential for extension due to an upcoming vacancy
Role Overview:Provide leadership support within the Adult Services team.Support team management and ensure smooth delivery of services during the secondment period.
