Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business targets and growth
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory and company policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and trust

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer or leadership experience in financial services or related industries
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken & written)
• Proven track record in achieving KPIs and driving revenue growth
• Leadership ability with experience in managing and motivating teams
• Positive mindset with a customer-focused and strategic approach
