Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundworks with a turnover of over £30 million. The client’s expertise spans a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex projects. Project values vary from £1m – £5m.

About the Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction

• Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments.
• Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability.
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders.
• Producing accurate financial reporting to support senior management.
• Playing a key role in the delivery of multiple new projects starting shortly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Infrastructure
• Strong commercial and NEC contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
