A leading private provider of advanced eye care services is seeking a GOC-registered Optometrist to join its clinical team in Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly clinical, patient-focused environment, delivering exceptional outcomes across services including refractive and cataract care.
The Role:
You will be based at a modern consultation clinic in Kingston, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside ophthalmologists and other eye care professionals to provide high-quality clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre- and post-operative consultations for refractive and cataract surgery patients
- Provide clinical support to ophthalmologists
- Deliver essential and advanced eye examinations
- Ensure outstanding patient care and clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standardsCollaborate within a multi-disciplinary clinical team
Candidate Requirements:
- GOC-registered Optometrist with strong clinical skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- Experience or interest in surgical/advanced clinical settings is advantageous
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-centred approach
