Corporate Business Development Manager

BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd. is seeking a driven and commercially focused Corporate Business Development Manager to support the growth of our corporate and aggregator partnerships within the remittance and cross-border payments sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional with strong experience in B2B sales, financial services, fintech, or payments to help expand our network of institutional partners, strengthen revenue streams, and support business growth across key markets.

Location: Birmingham

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reporting to: MD & CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate and aggregator business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to onboarding and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, money service businesses, fintech partners, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Support the development of market expansion strategies across target sectors and regions.
  • Work closely with internal teams including risk, compliance, operations, and product to ensure smooth client onboarding and integration.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to pricing, forecasting, and commercial planning using data‑driven insights.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and partner negotiations.
  • Support the growth of our cross‑border payment and remittance business through strong commercial execution.

Candidate profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, fintech, payments, FX, or financial services.
  • A strong track record of winning new business and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of cross‑border payment flows, payment processes, and client onboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support growth decisions.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
