Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (High End Residential)
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 + package
Location: South West London
I have a great opportunity for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a high end residential building contractor on a permanent basis, based in their South West London offices.
The company have been operating for a number of years and turnover circa £40 million. They specialise in the high end residential sector carrying out new builds, refurbishments, extensions, alterations and basement excavation projects between £1m to £25m.
They are looking for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their special works division, working on projects up to £3m in value. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, this is a great opportunity to work on some excellent projects and develop your career with an outstanding company.
Experience
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
- Experience working on refurbishment projects
- Ideally have experience working on high end residential projects
- Good commercial skills and awareness
- Able to commute to and work in South West London
