We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing Finance team and play a critical role in driving financial excellence across the business.

This isn’t just about processing payments—it’s about building robust processes, supporting key decisions, and being the engine that keeps our financial operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the full Accounts Payable function from invoice to payment.
• Ensuring timely, accurate processing in line with company policy.
• Owning bank reconciliations and supplier relationship management.
• Managing redemptions stock and coordinating order logistics.
• Supporting treasury management with weekly cash flow forecasting.
• Preparing and posting month‑end journals, accruals & pre‑payments.
• Processing employee expense claims with precision and care.
• Collaborating across teams to support strategic decisions with solid financial insights.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and data integrity.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and Excel.
• Great at spotting details others miss and acting on them.
• Skilled in month‑end processes, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes.
• Comfortable working independently and cross‑functionally.
