Overview

FH&B is on a bold transformation journey, targeting +41% sales growth and nearly 2x operating profit over the next five years. As we enter a critical mobilisation phase, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help turn ambition into action. The role is at the heart of the transformation, driving delivery, mobilising cross‑functional teams, and owning key projects to ensure real momentum and measurable impact across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring delivery and execution remain at the forefront of the department, adopting an agile approach to meet the 5‑year growth ambition.
  • Project‑managing key priorities across FH&B, wholly owning projects from strategy through to delivery, and identifying clear milestones, KPIs and business benefits.
  • Working across the FH&B function, managing stakeholder relationships and building a solid knowledge base of business opportunities.
  • Understanding current business processes, challenges and opportunities, and applying innovative solutions to streamline, enhance and reduce costs while adding business value.
  • Collaborating with the Transformation team to create and drive a seamless Transformation Office, executing at speed with clear communication, change and learning support, and feeding progress into the FH&B PMO.

Qualifications

  • Experienced program management professional.
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders up to and including Board/ExCo.
  • Ability to lead projects with confidence, remaining calm under pressure and driving forward delivery.
  • Driven and motivated individual who works at pace, adopts an agile approach and collaborates with a varied group of stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Innovator, capable of thinking outside the box and proposing smarter solutions.
