- Handle customer queries with warmth and professionalism—especially during those once-in-a-lifetime purchases.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence.
- Support your team’s growth through coaching, feedback, and development.
- Monitor performance and take action to drive results.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to the highest standard
