Hybrid Policy: 3 days in the office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) and 2 days from home

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless product delivery aligned with organisational goals.
- Gather and prioritise product requirements by engaging with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that reflect both short-term deliverables and long-term strategic objectives while maintaining flexibility for evolving priorities.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring each phase meets quality standards and delivers value.
- Facilitate regular communication between teams to foster understanding, address challenges promptly, and maintain momentum throughout project timelines.
- Support the creation of clear documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate feedback loops with customers to gather insights on product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience managing products through their full lifecycle within a collaborative or matrixed environment where teamwork is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues across multiple disciplines such as engineering, design, marketing, or customer support.
- Proven ability to gather complex requirements from diverse stakeholders while remaining sensitive to differing perspectives and needs.
- Strong organisational skills allowing you to develop detailed roadmaps that balance immediate deliverables with longer-term strategic goals.
- A track record of facilitating open communication channels between teams so that everyone remains informed and engaged throughout projects.
- Experience monitoring market trends or competitor activity in order to inform thoughtful product decisions that benefit end users.
