BIM Technician | Bristol or Cardiff | Hybrid Working

In this role, you’ll be part of a passionate digital design team working on landmark projects across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial . You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and digital specialists to deliver data-rich, coordinated models that bring buildings to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating and managing detailed 3D models and 2D outputs using Autodesk Revit
  • Setting up, maintaining, and coordinating MEP models across disciplines
  • Identifying and resolving design clashes through proactive collaboration
  • Supporting information management and CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / ACC)
  • Enhancing workflows through automation tools like Dynamo, DiRoots, and RF Tools
  • Sharing knowledge, ideas, and innovation across a supportive digital engineering community

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering MEP projects in Revit
  • Understanding of clash detection , CDE workflows , and automation tools
  • Knowledge of the BS EN ISO 19650 standards
  • Confidence to manage modelling responsibilities independently
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

Desirable Extras

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri, or Excel
  • Interest in visual programming or automation (e.g., Dynamo)
