What you’ll do
- Build accurate quotes and itineraries at speed
- Finalise every element of a client’s trip — flights, bookings, upgrades, special touches
- Keep diaries moving and follow up on leads with Travel Experts
- Maintain the client portal and internal systems from deposit to departure
- Liaise with suppliers and ground teams to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
- Issue tickets, process payments, and complete quality checks
- Coordinate post‑travel feedback and support continuous service improvements
- Help with events, stock, and occasional out‑of‑hours support
