London Construction Contractor Ltd (LCC) has an excellent opportunity for an Architect or Architectural Assistant to join our team in London.
This is a hands-on role supporting the project team in delivering comprehensive drawing packages across a wide range of schemes, including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and residential developments. You will be involved in projects from concept through to detailed design, working on both new-build and existing properties.
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, and the confidence to translate ideas into practical, buildable drawings. You will need to manage multiple projects efficiently, liaise with contractors and consultants, and maintain high drafting standards across all stages.
Develop and deliver design, tender, and construction packages using AutoCAD Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors Attend site inspections and technical meetings Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Uphold CAD standards across all project documentation
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential), with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with UK planning and building control processes Organised and methodical, with sound project coordination skills…
