Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager at Sherlock Healthcare Services Ltd. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing leadership for the team. This includes ensuring the well-being and safety of the young people, managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial role in children’s home
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build effective and positive relationships with young people, staff, and other stakeholders
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field
- Experience working with young people with complex needs is desirable
