In this role the successful candidate will manage projects for Professional Beauty brands and for our growing customer portfolio of globally recognised beauty and haircare brands. The primary function of the role is to manage the development of new products from concept to launch alongside continuously improving existing products. For our customers you will be their key point of contact at Professional Beauty Systems providing best in class customer service and support with all their product development needs. Lead development of new products from concept to launch and manage updates to existing products Manage project timings, drive progress and effectively communicate project status updates internally and to customers Develop customer relationships and manage customers’ NPD projects Creation and management of briefs for formulation and packaging
Customer service/account management experience Commercial awareness Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to manage and progress multiple projects simultaneously.
