The Firm
We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm with a reputation for excellence in delivering client-focused legal services. Their property team is known for its technical expertise, collaborative culture, and commitment to providing a first-class client experience. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage a full, varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a supportive and dynamic team
