Coordinator of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths

• Start Date: 24th August 2026

• Salary Range: £41,248 – £59,497 (inclusive of London Weighting and a responsibility allowance)
• Location: South East London

We are seeking an exceptional Coordinator of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to young people aged 16-19. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to join a talented staff team in a supportive and successful Sixth Form environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment in GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
• Stretch and challenge students to reach their full potential, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers.
• Develop and enhance your teaching practices in a positive and encouraging work environment.
• Coordinate the Maths curriculum and contribute to the development of teaching strategies and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
• Strong ability to engage and inspire students aged 16-19.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to professional development and educational excellence.
