Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our growing remote design team. Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and software platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user journeys.
  • Translate wireframes and UX research into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics data.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Present design concepts and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain design systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of UI libraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and interaction design.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI specifications.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design or a closely related field.
  • Prior experience in remote work or freelancing is a plus.
  • Experience working in agile product development teams is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, process, and visual design is required.

Working Hours

  • Flexible Schedule across global time zones (you choose your working hours).
  • Core team coordination hours may be required based on project needs.
  • Full-time (preferred), but exceptional part-time candidates will also be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, fully remote team environment.
