Solution Architect

• Ability to challenge conventional wisdom to design the best solution
• 5 years designing and delivering Ansible-based automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Highly developed communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and be comfortable working in a multicultured global environment
• Working experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment
• Strong documentation collaboration and ownership mindset
• Experience of working with and improving IT Services underpinned by vendor software
• Product domain experience in one or more of:
  • File Transmission products eg IBM SFGSSPSEASCD
  • Mainframe zOS and job execution workflows
  • BMC ControlM
• An understanding of financial services compliance and risk management requirements
