Today, harleytherapy.com is the UK’s leading online booking platform for counselling and psychotherapy. Harley Therapy Platform connects clients with qualified, trusted therapists around the UK, with marketing support and a full online booking and payment management system. There is no subscription fee; you pay a commission on attended sessions only.
Access to a stream of new client referrals in your area and a community of practitioners who provide excellent feedback.
Responsibilities
The advert below seeks experienced, accredited in-person psychotherapists from around the UK to join the Harley Therapy Platform. As part of the platform, you will:
- Offer in-person therapy from a private practice in one of the listed UK cities.
- Provide professional therapy services and manage client care with the support of Harley Therapy’s practice management tools (scheduling, payments, refunds, client questionnaires managed by the platform).
- Participate in ongoing supervision and adhere to professional standards.
- Maintain professional indemnity insurance and membership/registration with a recognised UK body (e.g., BACP, UKCP or equivalent).
Note: You are responsible for your own practice setup (workspace, scheduling, and delivery of therapy). The platform handles referrals, marketing, billing, and payments on attended sessions only.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fully-qualified and hold membership or registration with a recognised UK counselling and psychotherapy body (e.g., BACP, UKCP or equivalent).
- Have valid professional indemnity insurance.
- Undertake ongoing supervision.
- Have a clean, quiet and professional room you practice from (including for online sessions).
- Offer in-person therapy in one of these cities in the UK: Bath, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oxford, Plymouth, Sheffield, Swindon.
- Comfortable managing their own client work, while benefiting from our booking/referral infrastructure.
- Committed to high professional standards and delivering quality therapeutic care.
