Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates within a niche market.
- Use multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, and targeted outreach to identify talent.
- Conduct initial screening calls, assessing suitability and motivation.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
- Support consultants in delivering shortlists, arranging interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with your team to achieve placement and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment resourcing within construction, demolition or Industrial is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Driven, target-focused, and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Eager to learn and progress in a career within recruitment.
