My client, a specialist high precision component and machine manufacturer, have a fantastic opportunity for a Machine Tool Service Engineer.

The Job:
- Part of the service team dealing with various clients, providing first class customer service
- Perform service and repairs on various Milling and Grinding machines.
- Replacement of gears and bearings
- Replacement of cutters and grinding spindles
- Involved in hydraulic and pneumatic installations.
- Promote the business spare parts and technical service department to existing and potential new clients.
- Only provide service and repair on the company machines designed and built by them, allowing an in-depth understanding of products and repair processes
About you:
- A positive can do attitude with the ability to travel overseas when required.
- Experience of machine tool service, repair, and upgrades
- Ability to diagnose problems and deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Familiarity and knowledge of multi axis, metal cutting machinery.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Confidence of CNC controls and electrics would be an advantage.
