The Role

As Group Credit Manager, you will take ownership of the full credit lifecycle across multiple entities in a hands‑on leadership role.

You will lead the team, act as the escalation point for complex accounts and ensure the ledger remains robust and well‑managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a credit control team, setting targets and driving performance
  • Take ownership of aged debt, ensuring strong cash collection results
  • Manage key accounts and complex escalations
  • Resolve disputes with internal teams to unblock payments
  • Oversee legal processes for non-payment
  • Produce reporting for senior leadership
