• Oversee daily operations of the banquet facilities, ensuring all events go smoothly and according to the function sheet.
• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
