Human Resources Manager Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, hiring, training, partners with compensation, and compliance with employment law. They act as a link between management and employees, develop HR strategies, manage employee relations, and handle sensitive issues like grievances and disciplinary actions. Key daily duties include managing payroll and benefits, sourcing talent, supporting staff training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UK employment legislation. onboarding new employees and arranging their training.

Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies; advising on redundancy and supporting managers in coaching and performance management.

Managing salary structures, remuneration packages, and payroll support systems.
