In this vital role, you will manage and advance the cutting-edge capabilities and tools that give us our competitive edge. You will not only secure our current Aircraft Programmes but also pioneer the processes and technologies required for the next generation of aircraft design. Digital and data continuity isn’t just a buzzword here—it is the reality of our future.* Solid aerospace experience paired with a strong understanding of Flight Physics disciplines and Aerodynamics capabilities.* Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide and direct activities without relying on hierarchical authority.* Proven experience successfully leading projects across transnational environments.* Expertise in various project management methodologies (both classical and agile) to secure successful delivery.* A proactive, collaborative spirit with the ability to pragmatically solve complex operational conflicts.* Exceptional communication and presentation skills to persuade and influence individuals.* English proficiency at a negotiation level.* Sound knowledge of operational project, business, and financial management practices.* *Advantageous:* A project management certification.#J-18808-Ljbffr…
