Role Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for a team of 5+ members
• Manage daily workflows, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely task completion
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development sessions
• Maintain data integrity and manage recruitment via CRM systems
• Lead team meetings, drive operational excellence, and promote company values
• Mentor team members and support redeployment initiatives
