A leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based on a large, long-term residential regeneration scheme in South East London.

We are working on a long‑term regeneration scheme in South East London comprising the demolition and redevelopment of over 1000 homes, with circa 1500 new high‑quality, mixed‑tenure homes. This is a long‑term scheme that is well underway with many years left to run.
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team, with phase 1 due to be completed soon and work due to begin on phase 2 imminently. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have experience working on residential / regeneration schemes, with RC frame experience.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree qualified
- Track record working for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
- Experience working on large residential / regeneration schemes
- Excellent commercial skills and awareness
- Full Driving License
- Able to commute to South East London on a daily basis
