Lead and shape a growing supported living service
We’re seeking a CQC Registered Care Manager to oversee supported living services across Birmingham and Coventry.
You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, including individuals with forensic/offending backgrounds, complex needs, and those transitioning from secure settings (including prison).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CQC registration and ensure full compliance
- Lead day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites
- Drive person-centred care and positive outcomes
- Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Manage safeguarding, audits, and quality assurance
- Lead, develop, and support staff teams
- Build relationships with Local Authorities and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
✔ CQC Registered Manager (essential)
✔ Experience in supported living / LD / autism services
✔ Background in forensic / offender services & challenging behaviour
✔ Strong leadership and compliance experience
✔ Knowledge of PBS frameworks
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence + own vehicle
