PA – Insurance

We are working with a well-established insurance firm based in the City of London who are seeking a proactive, highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support the Group Head of HR & Culture, while also providing wider administrative support across the business.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the centre of business operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of your executive’s schedule, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of commitments.

In addition to dedicated 1:1 support, you will be comfortable supporting wider teams across the business when required, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach. This is a great opportunity for someone who like to roll their sleeves up and help out wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing dedicated PA support to the Group Head of HR & Culture
  • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials where required
  • Event Management
  • Acting as a key point of contact, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting wider team administration and ad hoc business needs
  • Ensuring high levels of organisation, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times

About You:

  • Experienced Team Assistant or PA ready to step into a dedicated PA role
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience within HR or a professional services environment is desirable but not essential
