About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Supporting the Associate Director of Marketing in developing, executing, and optimising the hotel’s digital strategy across all online channels to achieve commercial objectives.
  • nt

  • Ensuring all digital initiatives align with the hotel’s marketing plan, brand guidelines, and luxury positioning.
  • nt

  • Delivering innovative campaigns that drive direct bookings, engagement, and loyalty
  • nt

  • Developing and managing hotel-level social media channels, creating integrated strategies to maximise visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • nt

  • Supporting and developing marketing activations and identify new brand partners to expand reach and engagement.
  • nt

  • Working closely with the Social Media agency and photographer to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content, including campaigns, photography, videos, and copywriting

  • Proven experience in a marketing role
  • nt

  • Strong understanding of London’s luxury hospitality landscape
  • nt

  • Demonstrated experience in leading multi‑channel marketing strategies

  • Commercially driven, with strong analytical capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
