The Role

This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position with real ownership.

You will:

• Run and develop your own desk within Construction, Civils, M&E or Renewables markets
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (BD, client management, delivery)
• Build long-term relationships with clients and contractors
• Work live roles from day one (warm desk available)
• Take full ownership of your market and pipeline
