The Role
This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position with real ownership.
You will:
- Run and develop your own desk within Construction, Civils, M&E or Renewables markets
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (BD, client management, delivery)
- Build long-term relationships with clients and contractors
- Work live roles from day one (warm desk available)
- Take full ownership of your market and pipeline
