Operate as a key member of the WNTD embedded team, working full-time on-site with the client to deliver technical and operational hires aligned to critical build milestones. Work directly with senior stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs, prioritise critical roles, and maintain delivery cadence across concurrent project phases. Report on progress and hiring performance to ensure visibility and alignment across leadership and delivery teams.
