Responsibilities
- Conduct client surveys via phone and video as appropriate.
- Authorize client refunds as required.
- Create and maintain client contract master files.
- Return missed call messages.
- Update and maintain CRM database current.
- Book VIDEO appointments as required.
- Resolve client complaints using approved policies and procedures.
- Process and issue sales receipts to clients as necessary.
- Maintain your work calendar current with appropriate client details at all times.
- Submit daily reports to management as required.
- Complete any other customer service type tasks as assigned by management.

- Experience: Not required
- Languages: English – Advanced
Employment details

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
- Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 yearly
