Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Property Management Associate. You’ll help support the Head of Property with all property management related matters.

The main focus areas will include day‑to‑day management of the current and growing S&W property portfolio, including M&A integration activities, as well as tracking in‑flight and forthcoming lease events and pipeline projects. You’ll also manage all financial data, including service charge budgets and reconciliations across the portfolio. You’ll use your stakeholder management and communication skills to manage and place instructions with third‑party specialist advisers and engage regularly with landlords and managing agents.

This is a permanent role to be based at our Liverpool, Manchester, or Leeds office with office attendance expected to be minimum 2 days per week. Travel will also be required to other S&W regional offices when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • All aspects of financial management of the leasehold property estate, including service charges.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets.
  • Manage and maintain all leasehold property records and future lease events.
  • Assist in the research and preparation of strategy papers and business cases.
  • Assist with property due diligence for business acquisitions and coordinate integration activities.
  • Documenting and managing property‑related matters.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in property management, real estate administration, or facilities support.
  2. Financial awareness, including budgeting experience.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  4. Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer‑service approach.
  6. Proficiency with MS Office.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the commercial property sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant property laws and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with service contracts and commercial building operations.
  • RICS exposure.
