Customer Care Consultant
Up to £48,000 (uncapped bonus)

I’m looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy helping customers and having great conversations to join a friendly, laid back customer service team. If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and making things easy for customers, you’ll fit right in.
This is a phone-based role where you’ll be speaking with customers who have already shown interest – no cold calling, just genuine conversations and helpful guidance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to inbound enquiries from customers already interested in the offering
- Having natural, engaging conversations to understand what each customer is looking for
- Explaining options clearly and helping customers feel confident in their choices
- Supporting customers throughout their journey, keeping them updated along the way
- Working closely with dealerships, funders, and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly
- Staying organised with follow-ups and customer communications
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service, call centres, or similar roles is helpful but not essential
- Someone who is friendly, approachable, and confident on the phone
- Good attention to detail and able to juggle a few things at once
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
