£150,000 – £170,000 base + Bonus circa 30% – PE Owned

Location: London

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a data team of approximately 15 people.
• Drive the development and enhancement of the company’s data platform.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Champion the adoption of AI use cases within the organisation.
• Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to the data team.

Qualifications

• Background as a Director of Data, Head of Data, or equivalent senior data role.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience dealing with complex stakeholder environments.
• Deep appreciation of a robust data platform and its operational requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate technical expertise, particularly in data platform architecture, to inspire the team. xwzovoh
