We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN) to join a well-established and forward-thinking service in Warrington, supporting adults aged 18–65 with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care at all times
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance processes
  • Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to reach their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals
  • Drive a positive, inclusive, and recovery-focused culture within the service
  • Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong clinical knowledge within mental health services (18–65)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
