Manufacturing Operative (Electronics) – TemporaryIsle of Wight£12.21 per hourMonday to Friday  Our client, a well-established and reputable electronics manufacturing business based on the Isle of Wight, is currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to support their production team on a temporary basis. This role would suit candidates with an interest in electronics manufacturing or previous experience working with components, assembly, or soldering.  Key Responsibilities:Assembly of electronic components in line with production specificationsCarrying out soldering tasks (through-hole and/or surface mount, depending on role)Working with small components and precision toolsVisual inspection and basic quality checksFollowing technical instructions, drawings, and work ordersAdhering to health & safety and quality standards at all times The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience within electronics manufacturing, assembly, or soldering is desirableGood manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced production environmentReliable, punctual, and able to commit to Monday–Friday working hoursIPC certification beneficial but not essential What’s on Offer:£12.21 per hourMonday to Friday working patternTemporary assignment with the potential for extension based on business requirementsImmediate start availableWeekly or monthly pay This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business with a strong reputation in their sector.   Please submit a CV or email…
