Position: Regional Manager Water & Pump solutions North England & Scotland

Salary: Competitive package + Benefits + Bonus + Company Car / Allowance

Locations: North of England & Scotland (Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Newcastle upon Tyne, Edinburgh, or Glasgow)

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced, commercially driven professional to represent a trusted and well‑established brand. You will play a key role in developing and expanding business across your region, working closely with key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within your territory
  • Build strong relationships with:
    • Borehole drillers
    • Regional installers
    • Water companies / authorities
    • Distributors & OEMs
  • Promote a portfolio of pump and control solutions
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility

Experience Required

We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Borehole pumps
  • Waste water pumps
  • Surface multistage pumps
  • Control panels
  • Variable Speed Drives
  • Boresaver systems / downwell cameras
  • Plastic pipework / fittings

About You

  • Commercially astute with strong technical understanding
  • Proven experience in field sales or business development
  • Customer‑focused with excellent relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence
